Wireshark doesn't show outgoing traffic -

for reason, when open wireshark, displays incoming packets (and broadcast), isn't single outgoing traffic. searched in google , there interfering software, none of them active on computer.

does knows why happen , how fix it?

if have "dne lightweight filter" checked in network adapter properties, uncheck it.
