unit testing - Namespace 'VisualStudio' does not exist, VS 2015 -

i installed visual studio 2015 , i'm getting following exception on unit test classes

the type or namespace 'visualstudio' not exist in namespace 'microsoft'

just give background on problem, solution experienced problems visual studio 2013 solution migrated visual studio 2015. when looked @ location of microsoft.visualstudio.qualitytools.unittestframework.dll pointing to

c:\program files (x86)\microsoft visual studio 12.0\common7\ide\publicassemblies\microsoft.visualstudio.qualitytools.unittestframework.dll

i created new solution visual studio 2015 containing unit test , had @ location of microsoft.visualstudio.qualitytools.unittestframework.dll reference, pointing to

c:\program files (x86)\microsoft visual studio 11.0\common7\ide\publicassemblies\microsoft.visualstudio.qualitytools.unittestframework.dll

i removed references microsoft.visualstudio.qualitytools.unittestframework.dll visual studio 2015 projects , pointed them dll contained in

c:\program files (x86)\microsoft visual studio 11.0\common7\ide\publicassemblies\microsoft.visualstudio.qualitytools.unittestframework.dll

this fixed problem me.
