c# - How to create Word Addin Pane scroll button -

i'm creating own word addin, , i'd recreate scroll effect microsoft uses these little arrow buttons on top/bottom of panes (like document recovery panel below). ideas?

i couldn't find other solutions, created this: panelscrollcontrol
