the owner has unlisted package. mean package deprecated or shouldn't used anymore.

why unselected? no more in use? how can use identitymanager thinktecture identityserver3?

looks beta3 version has been unlisted in favour of beta 5-4:

i have update... not sure why removed 'thinktecture' package name (now identitymanager)
